ASSET Research

ASSET research comprises eight work packages. Three work packages is sited in Ethiopia (WP1-3), three in South Africa (WP4-6) and one each in Sierra Leone (WP7) and Zimbabwe (WP8). Health system strengthening strategies are to be explored for integrated primary healthcare platforms in Ethiopia (work package 1), South Africa (work packages 4 and 5), and Zimbabwe (work package 8); for maternal care in Ethiopia (work package 2) and South Africa (work package 6); and for surgical care in Ethiopia (work package 3) and Sierra Leone (work package 7).
